What do I need for CockpitLink?
An Android 10+ device, the matching Windows x64 connector, MSFS 2024 and the local MSFS 2024 SDK Core. Both packages are in your beta invitation.
My phone and PC are on different subnets.
Use PC Calls Phone mode. Enter the phone’s Wi-Fi IPv4 address in the Windows connector, allow private-network access, and keep CockpitLink open on the phone.
Which CFI Connect edition do I install?
The instructor runs Instructor Edition and the matching relay. Each volunteer runs Pilot Lite and explicitly grants instructor control.
How do I open a .PLN file?
Extract the PLN Viewer ZIP, keep its DLLs beside pln-viewer.exe and open it. Drag a flight plan into the window or use Browse for Flight Plan.
My invitation expired or reached its limit.
Contact the person who issued your invitation. They can issue new access for the appropriate builds.
